From the day I placed the order up till the day I received it. I got the product within 4 days.Upon receiving the wig, I also received lashes & a wig cap. When I unboxed the wig, the wig came inside a net for protection which was good. The wig has combs, which is good. The wig was soft & had no smell. I barely had to do any plucking, already came with baby hairs which was great because as I said before Im new to wigs. It looks like its growing straight from the scalp. This wig is definitely beginner-friendly & I will most certainly be purchasing it again.
