Install: 5x5 parting is just enough, and the melt is great. All I did was apply lace tint and melt with light gold hair spray.
Hair texture: the unit is really thick and if you like big hair, simply brush it out and it doubles in volume. There hasnt been any shedding, hair is soft but does require some hair product either setting foam or mousse. Leave in conditioner made the curls frizzy in my opinion.
Other: no weird smells. I took wig out of the packaging and immediately put it on a wig stand. Sprayed with water and brushed. I feel like it airs out any lingering smells.
Packing was nice, satin bad and wig caps.
Overall: 10 out of 10! Great for the price and looks and feels beautiful!!!
